The Government of Sindh Planning to Digitize All Sectors by Digital Transformation Authority. In order to take the government sectors to another level, Sindh information Science and Technology Board has finalized the draft. This draft will be reviewed by the advisory committee.

Muhammad Taimoor Talpur, provincial minister for Science and Technology will head the advisory committee. After approval from the advisory committee, the draft will be presented to the provincial cabinet. Furthermore, upon approval from the cabinet, the Sindh assembly would make it law.

In an interview, Taimoor Talpur states that:

Initial draft is shared with provincial cabinet; suggestions regarding areas of improvement from the cabinet members are awaited

Furthermore, Talpur shared the post regarding the final draft that:

The Sindh cabinet has pointed pout that the act should be comprehensive documents so that Digital transformation Authority could capture, manage, share, and analyze the data. So, these issues of a common man will be addressed. Furthermore, this initiative will ensure the socio-economic progress in the province

In addition to this, Mr. Talpur states that:

There is a dire need for comprehensive planning for digital transformation. Furthermore, this will be a turning point to make Sindh a knowledge and technology-based economy. So, once the Sindh Digital Transformation Authority, all government data will be available to the general public

In the end, Mr. Talpur added that:

There will be great learning from the digitization process. So, the department will strive its best during the review procedure of the act
